On July 9, 2012, a deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was called to investigate malicious vandalism to a private residence. When the deputy arrived he observed the residence had been extensively damaged with many broken windows and various colors of paint thrown on the exterior siding. Damage to the inside of the residence was also observed. During the investigation the deputy also learned a vehicle that belonged on the property had been stolen and destroyed.
On August 23, 2012, Tina Marie Trommlitz, 38, of Logsden, OR, was arrested for the crimes of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree and Theft in the First Degree. Trommlitz was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on $100,000 bail.
