On July 17, 2012, at approximately 3:41 PM Deputy Jeremy Gautney with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the area of Hudson Loop near the south intersection with Hwy 229 for a reported illegal dumping of garbage.
The investigation revealed that, during the evening hours of June 30th, 2012, 22 year old Cassandra Kampf dumped several bags of household garbage in the area. On July 18th, 2012, Cassandra Kampf was cited and released for Offensive Littering and agreed to clean up the garbage. A check of the area on 7/19/12 revealed that the garbage had been cleaned up.
