On June 25, 2012 the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to an unwanted subject in the 100 block of N. Stafford Rd. in Otis, Oregon. Oregon State Police responded to assist as soon as the Sheriff's Deputy arrived on scene and requested assistance.
A Sheriff's Deputy contacted Benjamin A. Gomez, age 38, from Otis, on private property belonging to another person after the property owner requested Mr. Gomez leave and he failed to do so. Mr. Gomez was uncooperative and eventually taken into custody for Criminal Trespass II and Theft III. Mr. Gomez was also found to be in Possession of Methamphetamine.
Mr. Gomez was transported and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with his bail set at $65,000.
