On June 14, 2012 Deputy Gary Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's located a dumpsite on Hayes Creek Road off Highway 20, which is on Hancock Forest property.
The investigation revealed that Johnny Boydston Jr., 46, of Eddyville, Oregon was responsible for dumping four large bags of trash on the side of the road. Boydston was issued a criminal citation for Offensive Littering, which is a class C misdemeanor.
