On May 29, 2012 at approximately 1:30am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in a motel room at the Dublin House in Yachats, Oregon. The adult female caller reported her husband, 34 year old Patrick Joseph Diiorio, was causing a disturbance at the location and was making threats toward her as well as a tenant in a room adjacent to theirs.
Deputies arrived on scene and contacted the involved parties. Investigation revealed the female was struck in the side of the head by Diiorio causing her pain. Sergeant Adam Shanks subsequently arrested Diiorio and lodged him at the Lincoln County Jail on one count of Harassment. Diiorio's bail was set at $10,000.00.
