The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle that was last seen on Breeze Street in Lincoln Beach, Oregon on May 22, 2012 around 4:15 pm. The vehicle was described as an unknown make or model two door sedan, dark blue in color with a large dent on the driver’s side. The vehicle was reported to be driven by a white male in his 40’s, wearing a red baseball cap. The passenger was described as a black male in his 40’s. Anyone who may have seen this vehicle in the Lincoln Beach area is asked to contact the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office tip line at (541) 265-0669.
Detectives at the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office are seeking information on the suspicious vehicle from the public due to the nature of the conduct of the occupants of the vehicle. An eleven year old girl reported the subjects attempted to convince her to get in their vehicle. She refused and reported the incident to her parents who called police. There have been no other reports of this nature at this time. The incident is being investigated. The public is urged to call police if they have information regarding the incident or the vehicle. Anyone who believes they have located the vehicle or subjects is discouraged from approaching the vehicle and asked to call police.
