On 4-25-12 Deputy Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's investigated a reported trash dumpsite found on Hancock Forestry property off Boulder Creek Loop in Rose Lodge.
During the course of the investigation, Deputy Davey found that 33 year-old Earl Marsh and 24 year-old Jacob EvJen both of Otis were responsible for the dumping of the large amount of trash on Hancock's property. Both Marsh and EvJen received criminal citations for Offensive Littering, which is a class C misdemeanor.
