On the late evening of March 23, 2012, Deputy Eric Larson responded to a noise complaint at the 1800 block of E. Alsea Highway in Waldport. Deputies contacted juveniles of the residence who had been consuming alcohol. Subsequent investigation determined that David L. McMillin, 54 year old, of Waldport, OR provided alcohol to the juveniles. Two juveniles, one of 14 years of age and the other 16 years of age, were cited for Minor in Possession of alcohol and released to their parents. McMillin was cited to appear for furnishing liquor to minors and released at the scene.
Arndt was lodged on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Her bail was set at $15,000.
