On November 23, 2011 at approximatly 10:00am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Larson was dispatched to a report of a naked male in the area of the Waldport Flea Market, 260 SW Arrow St. Waldport, Oregon, claiming someone had just pointed a firearm at him. The subject was reportedly making unintelligible statements. Deputy Larson arrived at the location and contacted the subject, 43 year old Waldport residenct, Troy M. Lowery.
Investigation revealed that Lowery had just left the Handy Haven RV Park located at 655 SW Starr Street after causing approximately $500 damage to property that belonged to another person. The initial report Lowery made of a subject pointing a firearm at him was determined to be unfounded.
Lowery was subsequently arrested for Criminal Mischief in the second degree and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $15,000.
