On November 11, 2011, at 6:30 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Boys was dispatched to a disturbance occurring at a residence on NE Broadway in Waldport, OR. A complainant reported that 22 year old Grayson Lloyd Sharp, of Waldport, lived at the residence, but was destroying property of another there.
Deputies responded and contacted Sharp at the residence. Investigation revealed that Sharp caused damage to the home and property of the complainant and was in possession of a controlled substance.
Sharp was taken into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail. He was charged with Possession of a controlled substance II and Criminal mischief II. Sharp's bail was set at $65,000.00.
