On October 4, 2011 at about 6:35pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Gary Davey responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1900 block of NW Caravel Street, Seal Rock, Oregon. An adult female at the location reported her boyfriend, 40 year old Aubrey Skinner II of Waldport, had assaulted her.
Following an investigation at the residence, Deputy Davey arrested Skinner on the charges of Menacing and Harassment. Skinner was transported to the Lincoln County Jail. His bail was set at $25,000.
