On October 1st, 2011 at 11:44 am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites contacted Zachary John Pedro, 33, of Waldport at his Waldport home regarding a Probation Violation Warrant for his arrest. Deputy Sites located a small bag of methamphetamine in Pedro's pocket after taking him into custody for the warrant.
Pedro was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for the Probation Violation Warrant and an additional charge of UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE. His bail was set at $100,000.
