On June 23, 2011, at 6:45 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Boys was dispatched to a physical disturbance between two males at 95 Laurel St. in Gleneden Beach, OR. Upon arrival, Deputy Boys investigated the incident and learned that 18 year old Carl S. Johnson of Gleneden Beach had struck another male at that address. Johnson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lincoln County Jail on one count of Harassment. Johnson was lodged at the jail and his bail was set at $10,000.00.
