Summary:
On March 30, 2011 at approximately 6:02pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported disturbance at the Boiler Bay RV Park in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Deputy David Boys contacted a female resident at the location who reported being involved in a verbal argument with an acquaintance who resides in the space next to her. Following the argument, the acquaintance allegedly threw several rocks at the victim's trailer, one of which shattered a window.
During the investigation, deputies attempted to contact the suspect, identified as 50 year old Tina Louise Ruff, but were unable to locate her.
On March 31, 2011 at approximately 6:31pm, Deputy Boys located Ruff at her motor home in the Boiler Bay RV Park. Ruff was taken into custody and was transported and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on one count of Criminal mischief II. Her bail was set at $15,000.00.
