Callers reported a male subject had been causing a disturbance at a residence in the park and was operating a vehicle in the area without the vehicle owner’s permission. The male subject causing the disturbance was identified as 44 year old John B. Frank of Otis.

Records checks revealed Frank's driving privileges were misdemeanor suspended. Deputies located the vehicle he was operating, a 1992 blue Ford Tempo, and conducted a traffic stop at the Salmon River Trailer Park.
