On Tuesday February 22, 2011 at approximately 10:00 a.m. a back-up call was initiated at the Lincoln County Jail of a criminal mischief in progress. Further investigation concluded that Daniel Rayos, 26 years of age from Newport, OR had punched out a window. Rayos was treated for his injuries and charged with Criminal Mischief II. Rayos was already in custody on numerous other criminal charges with a bail totaling $90,000.
