Summary:
On December 26, 2010, a deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office initiated an investigation into the vandalism of another persons vehicle. The deputy observed that the victim's vehicle had all its windows, side mirrors and front turn signal lights smashed, or broken out. The victim of the vandalism said she knew the two suspects who damaged her vehicle, but the deputy was not able to locate either person that night. On December 27, 2010, the deputy and an OSP Trooper located both subjects at a residence in the Otis area. The OSP Trooper arrested 19 year old, Joshua Clinton Irwin of Otis, OR, on an outstanding warrant and the deputy continued his investigation. Later that night the deputy made contact at the Lincoln County Jail and arrested Irwin for Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, with bail set at $50,000.
The following night, December 28, 2010, the investigating deputy re-contacted the second suspect, 19 year old, Felicia Audrey McCarl of Otis, OR, and issued her a criminal citation in lieu of custody. McCarl was also charged with the crime of Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, bail $50,000.
