The Lincoln County Sheriffs Office has received a report of a missing elderly Waldport resident. 81 year old Levine Richard Gulsvig left his home and was last contacted by phone on the evening of December 12, 2010. He is believed to be driving a blue 1993 Dodge Caravan, Oregon license plate #713BWA. Mr. Gulsvig is approximately 6'03" tall, 190lbs. He has brownish gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black lightweight jacket, blue jeans, and brown shoes. His destination and direction of travel are unknown. It is believed he does not have his medications with him and he may be in a disoriented state.
