Summary:
On November 26, 2010 at about 10:00 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby executed a search warrant at an apartment in the Fir Crest Apartment Complex located in Toledo, Oregon. The Toledo Police Department, Oregon State Police, and the Newport Police Department K-9 Unit assisted in the execution of the warrant.
The search warrant stemmed from a previous investigation where Deputy Sorby found two 15 year old males smoking marijuana in the apartment. Information was received that the tenants of the apartment were allowing people to use illegal drugs at the location.
During the course of the investigation, over 2.5 ounces of Marijuana was seized along with a small amount of Methamphetamine, packaging material, and other drug paraphernalia items.
Deputy Sorby placed the tenants, 22 year old Erika A. Greenslade, 20 year old Morgan J. Scott, 20, and 29 year old Ryan L. Delepine, 29, in custody for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. All three subjects were lodged in the Lincoln County Jail on a $115,000.00 bail.
