On October 3, 2010 at 3:37 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Bary Bruster and Deputy Cliff Sites responded to a report that Charlotte Noble, age 70 of Siletz, was threatening her neighbors at 575 Tolowa Court in Siletz. The investigation revealed that Noble had menaced her neighbors. Noble was taken into custody without incident. Noble was subsequently arrested for Menacing and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged with a bail of $15000.
