On September 6, 2010 at about 11:17pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Clifton Cox responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence in the 600 block of Deerlane Drive in Otis, Oregon. The Lincoln County 911 Dispatch Center received a 911 call from a female at the location saying she needed police assistance before the line disconnected. The female called back and provided further information about an altercation and that the other involved party had disconnected her call. Following an investigation, 51 year old Pamela J. Robertson of Otis was arrested for Interfering with Making a Report. She was cited to appear in court and released at scene. Both parties agreed to separate for the remainder of the evening.
