On August 20, 2010 at about 10:30 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby, along with a Deputy from the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a disturbance at 4141 Clem Rd (Fir Ridge Camp Ground) in Burntwoods. When Deputy Sorby arrived on scene he learned that Scott B Swanson, 47, of Burntwoods, had threatened to kill people in the camp ground and displayed a knife. Deputy Sorby took Swanson into custody with out incident and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail. Swanson was lodged on one count of Disorderly Conduct II and one count of Menacing. Swanson’s bail was set at $25,000.00.
