On August 1, 2010 at about 11:15 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby responded to a disturbance near MP 6 on Highway 18 in Otis.
Deputy Sorby learned that Teresa D. Wood, 30, of Otis had gone to her estranged husband’s house and had smashed out the windows with a baseball bat while he was inside. Wood was taken into custody a short time later and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on Criminal Mischief II and Criminal Trespass II. Woods bail was set at $20,000.00.
