On July 24, 2010 at about 6:00 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Sorby contacted Cynthia L Robledo, 45, of South Beach at 4415 S Coast Highway in South Beach.
Robledo had a, zero bail, Felony Parole Violation Warrant issued for her arrest. When Deputy Sorby placed Robledo into custody he located several baggies, some of which contained methamphetamine. Robledo was also in possession of several different types of prescription pills that were not prescribed to her.
Robledo was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on the zero bail warrant. Robledo was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a Schedule II Controlled substance, Unlawful Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance.
