Summary:
On July 25, 2010 at about 6:30 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby responded to a report of a disturbance occurring in the 700 block of North River Bend Road in Otis, Oregon.
While enroute to the location, Deputy Sorby learned a female, Trisha Maschka, 34, of Otis, was breaking out windows of a vehicle at the location with a hammer. He was also advised of a verbal argument taking place at the location.
Upon arrival, Deputy Sorby learned that Maschka had broken the windows out of a vehicle belonging to her boyfriend, a 33 year old resident of Otis. While contacting the male, Deputy Sorby noticed he had a black eye. Investigation revealed that Maschka had previously punched the male in the face causing the injury.
Maschka was taken into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on one count of Domestic Assault IV. Maschka’s bail was set at 15,000.00.
