On 7-22-2010 Deputy Gary Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office cited 20 year-old Joshua Adkins of Elk City for Offensive Littering. Adkins was cited for Offensive Littering, a class C misdemeanor after having pushed his vehicle off a landing and it coming to rest about 200 feet below the landing. Adkins is also being held responsible for having vehicle removed from location.
