On June 3rd 2010 at about 1030 hours, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Forest Deputy Gary Davey received a report of a large amount of trash dumped and being burned along the 1000 Line Road in the area of MP 4. Deputy Davey's investigation revealed that Timothy Wagner of Toledo was responsible. Wagner was cited for Offensive Littering.
