On 05-31-10, the McMinnville Police Department issued a request to Oregon law enforcement agencies to be on the lookout for a male subject they had probable cause to believe had commited a Domestic Assault in their city. The male, Allan Bynon, 46 of Newberg, was believed to be driving a Tan Honda Odyssey. At about 1154 hrs, 05-31-10, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Jeff Hughes located the vehicle parked along Hwy 101 near SW 35th St in Lincoln City. Deputy Hughes contacted Bynon and arrested him without incident. Deputy Hughes transported Bynon to Grand Rhonde where he met with OFC Erik Newhouse of the McMinnville Police and transferred Bynon to his custody.
