On May 6, 2010 at about 2:00PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Barry Bruster responded to a report of the discovery of a vehicle damaged by a BB gun. Deputy Bruster conducted an investigation that lead to the arrest of three individuals for Criminal Mischief.
Christian Green age 18 of Waldport, Trevor Dedrickson age 18 of Waldport, and a sixteen year old juvenile were arrested. Green and Dedrickson were transported to the Lincoln County Jail where they were lodged for Criminal Mischief. Bail was set at $50,000 for each. The juvenile was cited and released to his parents.
