On April 10th 2010 at about 1600 hours, Forest Deputy Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office located subjects riding off road vehicles on private timber land behind a locked gate. Forest Deputy Davey identified John Larson, age 22 from Toledo, Jason Brooks, age 32 of Toledo, and Damien Barber, age 22 of Newport. All were issued citations for Criminal Trespass II.
