On April 14, 2010 at 8:00 AM, LinCom dispatch was notified of a rollover vehicle crash near milepost 2 on Logsden Road, near Siletz, OR. Firefighters from the Siletz Fire and Rescue Department responded and discovered a power pole had also been knocked down and was partly blocking Logsden Road as a result of the crash. Deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and officers with the Toledo-Siletz Tribal Police Department responded to the scene. Deputy David Boys with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office learned the driver was Nicole L. Wilkison, 29 years old from Siletz, and there were three juvenile passengers.
