April 3rd 2010 at about 2:15 PM Deputy Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office cited both Matthew Schroeder 27 and Travis Dodson 27 of Toledo, Oregon for Cutting/Transporting of a Minor Timber Product Without a Permit. Schroeder and Dodson were found in possession of a truck bed full of split firewood, which they took from Plum Creek's property without a permit. The Cutting / Transporting of a Minor Timber Product Without a Permit is a Class C Misdemeanor. Schroeder was also cited and released for driving with a Misdemeanor Suspended Oregon driver license.
