April 3rd 2010 at about 6:00 PM Deputy Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office issued Anthony Gibson 36 of Toldeo, Oregon two criminal ciations for operating his vehicle off road on Plum Creek's property. Gibson was cited for Criminal Mischief II, which is a class A Misdemeanor and Unlawful Water Pollution in the Second Degree, which a $25,000.00 fine could be imposed. Gibson actions caused sediment to flow into Horse Creek, which is a salmon run stream.
