Summary:
On February 26, 2010, a representative with Thompson's Sanitary Service contacted Deputy David Boys with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and reported the theft and subsequent use of a company cellular phone. With assistance from Lincoln County Probation Officer Susie O'Toole, a suspect was developed in this case. The suspect was identified as Rachael Justine Moore, 39 years of age, from Lincoln County. Moore also had an outstanding parole board warrant for her arrest.
On March 25, 2010, at 4:00 PM, Deputy Boys, with assistance from the Toledo Police Department, located Moore in a residence in the 8000 block area of Highway 20, Toledo, Oregon. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Lincoln County Jail.
Moore was charged with Theft II, Theft of Services and lodged at the jail with a bail of $30,000. She was also charged with the parole board warrant.
