February 20th 2009 at about 1600 hours, Deputy Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office cited Toby Esthay, 37 years old, of Eugene, Oregon for Cutting/Transporting of a Minor Timber Product Without a Permit. Esthay was cited for the offense after having harvested Truffles from Starker Forest property without a permit, which is a Class C Misdemeanor.
