On February 23, 2010 at approximately 12:30 am, deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a trailer park in Rose Lodge. Upon arrival, responding deputies learned that Penny Frazer Perkins, 68 years old, of Rose Lodge and Salem, OR, had bitten her boyfriend while he was calling 911, causing injury. The investigation revealed that alcohol was a contributing factor in the assault.
Ms. Perkins was arrested for Assault IV, Domestic and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on $15,000.00 bail.
