On Wednesday January 20, 2010 Lincoln County Jail Inmate Jeremy Gruver was apprehended by the City of Dallas, OR Police Department and returned to the custody of the Lincoln County Jail with no further incident.
Mr. Gruver has been charged with Escape II and Escape III and bail has been set in the amount of $50,000.
