On January 11, 2010 the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office took an Identity Theft complaint from John Frame, a citizen living within Lincoln County, Oregon. An investigation into the complaint revealed Pascual Diego Baltazar, age 29 from Guatemala, had been using Mr. Frame's identification to remain in Lincoln County for employment purposes since August of 2008.
Mr. Baltazar was arrested for Identity Theft and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail. His bail was set at $25,000.
