On 1-7-2010 Deputy Gary Davey with the Lincoln County Sheriff's cited Samuel Cruz-Villegas, age 29 of Newport, for Offensive Littering. The citation was served on Cruz-Villegas following the investigation of a dumpsite on the side of the roadway on Benson Road in Newport.
