On December 14th, 2009 at about 8:18 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies, assisted by Oregon State Police, responded to 140 NW Vista Street Depoe Bay on a report of a domestic disturbance complaint. Patrick Poling, 44 years old of Depoe Bay was taken into custody on the charge of Assault IV, Domestic Violence. Poling was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was booked and lodged on $15,000.00 bail.
