Summary:
On December 11th, 2009, at about 2:10am, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Chris Miller stopped a vehicle on Old Scenic Highway 101 at North Bank Road, Otis, for excessive speed, improper turn, and defective equipment.
The driver of the vehicle, Sissy Johnson, 40, of Lake Oswego, Oregon was displaying objective signs of intoxication and had an open container of liquor in the vehicle. Deputy Miller conducted an investigation, placed Johnson under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, and transported her to the Lincoln County Jail. A breath test revealed her blood alcohol concentration at .17%.
