Incident: Driving While Suspended and Warrant Arrest
Date Occurred: Sep 06,2009
Time Occurred: Approximately 7:35 pm
Location: NW A Street and Business Highway 20, Toledo

Summary:

On September 6, 2009 at approximately 6:47pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Eric Gulbranson had observed 19 year old Eric A. Pullen of Toledo, Oregon driving a black Mazda four-door on the Newport Bayfront. Deputy Gulbranson learned that Pullen's driving privliges were criminally revoked after losing sight of him. Deputy Gulbranson later located Pullen driving the same vehicle near the intersection of NW A Street and Business Highway 20 in Toledo and stopped him. Pullen was placed under arrest. Pullen also had a Probation Violation warrant for his arrest. Pullen was transported and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for two counts of misdemeanor Driving while suspended and the felony warrant. His bail was set at $80,000.
