On August 23, 2009 shortly after 1:00pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies, assisted by an Oregon State Trooper, responded to a 911 report of a domestic disturbance occurring at 955 Mill St. in Waldport, Oregon. Upon arriving at the scene, Sr. Deputy Lance Cummings conducted an investigation and learned Paul E. Henry, age 46 of Waldport, Oregon was involved in a physical altercation with his brother. Deputy Cummings subsequently arrested Henry on one charge of Assault IV domestic and one count of Harassment.
Mr. Henry was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. His bail was set at $65,000.
