On August 15, 2009 at about 3:30pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Forest Deputy Gary Davey cited 20 year old Robert L. Lerch and 22 year old Jacob R. Lerch, both of Toldeo, for Criminal Trespass II, a Class C misdemeanor. The Lerchs' drove around a locked gate and trespassed on both Plum Creek and Hancock private timber property located off of Olalla Road, north of Toledo.
