On August 1, 2009 at 12:18am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites conducted a traffic stop on a tan GMC truck after observing the vehicle make two unsignaled turns.
During contact with the driver, Dennis Charles Brundage, 71, of Salem, Deputy Sites noticed signs of impairment. An investigation revealed Brundage was Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants.
Brundage was arrested for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample of 0.19 % BAC.
