On July 15, 2009 at about 7:11pm, Deputy David Hawley with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a Domestic Disturbance located at a residence in the 600 Block of E Collins Street, Depoe Bay, Oregon. An investigation revealed that Brian L. Phillips, 55 years old, of Depoe Bay, caused physical injury to his wife at the residence during an altercation. A minor child was also at the location who witnessed the incident. Phillips was arrested for Felony Domestic Assault IV and was transported to the Lincoln County Jail without incident. Phillips was lodged at the jail on a $50,000 bail.
