On July 13, 2009, a Lincoln County Sheriff' s Deputy was dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 5200 block of NW Keel Avenue in Lincoln City. A caller reported a female juvenile came from a nearby house and asked to call the police. An investigation revealed that Darrell Keith Yarbrough, 49 of Salt Lake City, Utah, had poked the female juvenile in the face and eye several times with his finger. Yarbrough was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. His bail was set at $10,000.
