On July 9, 2009 at about 9:48 PM, Deputies David Hawley and Dan Labasan with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported domestic disturbance near the 600 Block of North Bank Road in Otis. An investigation revealed that Peter M. Young, 26 years old of Otis, was restrained from contacting the people at the home. Young had placed one of the people at the home in fear of imminent serious physical injury. Deputy Hawley arrested Young for menacing and violating two separate restraining orders. Young was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on a $45,000 bail.
