On June 23, 2009 at approximately 8:00 pm, a Deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was contacted by a subject who had received a text message regarding drugs for sale. The person who received the text was instructed by the Deputy to send a text message back, agreeing to purchase drugs at a specific location. Soon after the text message was sent a vehicle containing two occupants arrived at the arranged meeting location and were contacted by the Deputy who was waiting for them. The two Toledo area juveniles were found to be in possession of Morphine Sulphate, a schedule II controlled substance. The juveniles were arrested for Possession, Manufacture and Delivery of a schedule II Controlled Substance and were also charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a School. Both juveniles were transported to the Lincoln County Juvenile Department where they were lodged.
