Summary:

On May 30, 2009 at about 4:00 AM, Deputy Sorby with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a possible MIP party at the end of Mill Port Slough Rd near Lincoln City. With the assistance of Deputy Sites, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, and Trooper McKay, Oregon State Police, several individuals were cited for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. During the investigation Deputy Sorby learned that Austin A. Hutcheson, 23, of Beaverton had supplied two kegs of beer for the party. Hutcheson was cited and released for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Deputy Sorby, Deputy Sites, and Trooper McKay cited the following individuals for Minor in Possession of Alcohol:
